We use iTours Australia/China Digital for our translations -
http://www.itoursaustralia.com.au. They are specialists in interpretative
content and do a great job.
For our app work (menu’s, etc.) and any small one off work (say a single
page with quick turnaround) we use Gengo - https://gengo.com.

Has anybody used Android devices as rentals? If so what device, cover and
charging solution did you choose?
