Recipient domain hosting di office365 (Microsoft Relayhost mail service).
Saat mail diteruskan ke office server (back end server) terjadi
kegagalan yang menurut Office365 akibat salah setting di smtp connectornya.
Coba hubungi melalui media komunikasi lain, barangkali recipient punya
akun lain di free public mail sambil menunggu perbaikkan setting back
end mail servernya.

Bisa diperiksa silang ke smtp-in log tanggal 2017-07-03 untuk cari tahu pengirim
persisnya dari IP mana.

Coba di freeze akun itu, setelah semua broadcast spam mail terpindah ke holding
queue ganti passwordnya dengan strong password dan aktifkan (enable) kembali.

Problem tcp/ip di jaringan atau di PC cabang itu.
Periksa apakah di cabang itu gateway address lebih dari satu.
Kalau ya, maka diperbaiki saja karena gateway address hanya boleh ada 1
saja per host, sekalipun koneksi (internet/LAN) lebih dari 1 atau multi NIC.

Ubah setting Outbreak Protection agar kalau perlu bisa melakukan
whitelist di antispam content filtering.
