Dengan adanya kebijakkan "internet sehat" yang dikeluarkan oleh KemMenKominfo (http://trustpositif.kominfo.go.id/) maka banyak ISP di Indonesia yang melakukan tindakkan dengan memblock atau memfilter DNS query serta web akses. Dampaknya adalah Outbreak Protection menjadi salah duga (false positive result), walau tidak selalu.
