Recipient domain hosting di office365 (Microsoft Relayhost mail service).
Saat mail diteruskan ke office server (back end server) terjadi
kegagalan yang menurut Office365 akibat salah setting di smtp connectornya.
Coba hubungi melalui media komunikasi lain, barangkali recipient punya
akun lain di free public mail sambil menunggu perbaikkan setting back
end mail servernya.
