IIRC you can run WDS on a workstation, so no server license required. That
does however present some limitations if the deployment share is on the
workstation as well since it would be restricted to 10 concurrent users.

Server component. Server license *is* required.

Nialls wizard will I'm pretty sure. Never tried with UDI. Niall's even works on
