You should cherry-pick below commits to mesa stable:
1. Commit eb23be1 - i965: Add and initialize l3_banks field for gen7+
2. Commit 8521559 - i965: Fix broxton 2x6 l3 config
Please let me know if you have any problems cherry picking them.
