i have some different results :
I can confirm those results on the IGP on my M4A78T-E. I can see the
GL_EXT_transform_feedback in glxinfo.

If the GL_EXT_transform_feedback extension is not exposed, you need a
newer version of kernel and/or Mesa.
To test transform feedback, run this in the piglit/bin
