Yes, but at least its improving, in beta 1 the Commands and Functions menus
also had 2D-borders. Maybe by the final release all the menus will be 3D!

Can't seem to get open process working on OSX.
If I do the following:
open process /usr/sbin/sendmail
answer (the result)
I get a long (say 30+ seconds) delay, followed by an error.
