Just for the record, what is a 1kg pie-slice of Brahin worth today??? I
got it about 5 years ago from finmet when he was finding big pieces in the
Brahin strewnfield.
My collection has concentrated in smaller pieces below 500g as of this date,

VANCOUVER One of the first
INGEMMET (Instituto Geológico Minero y Metalúrgico) of Peru have released
a first report
on the meteorite that created a ~14m crater in eastern Peru September 15 at
11:45 local
time.
It is said to be a chondrite with 15% kamacite, but no subtype given.
Pieces will be distributed to NASA, UK

If you open up that article it shows three pictures of different
samples of the pieces recovered. The photos, at least in my opinion,
don't give a definitive answer as to what they have. Though the
reports mentions finely disseminated iron of 1 mm in diameter. I guess
