Pierre and Gaetan,
There are some online publishing sites where you can upload a PDF or
Word file of the book and have it printed in variety of formats and
sizes. I think this is what Captain Blood did to publish his book. I
used a site called Lulu to publish a book about 10 years ago, but I do
I think Pierre's issue is a legal one in that as I understand it in
his contract for his previous publisher it prevents him from doing a
similar book using information already published in the first book.
I think Pierre very much wanted to do a second book and was going to
