Folks,

I'd like to announce the release of module-init-tools 3.16. Amongst
other things, this release includes documentation cleanups, and a new
release process automation driven by git, gpg, and scp (thanks to Mike
Frysinger for the suggestion that this get cleaned up). A previous issue
remained in interim releases 3.14/15 and was fixed. Please let me know
if this still causes any busted or broken archives to be generated.

NOTE: A small delay seems to remain in the below syncing globally.
