[Mikrotik] Slow internal network after a bridged to routed migration

Hi Guys We are busy migrating a massive bridged network into a routed network and have encounted a weird problem. It takes about 20 seconds to surf between pages hosted on the internal network. I can access it quicker from my ADSL connection (of latency 100ms) than the client who's PC is
