when rsync runs with the recommended commands does it chnage the permissions on all the files when it is run. there are quite a few that are having the owner set to root. Anyone have any clue why that might be? i am using the following command rsync -rtlzv --delete

TO let everyone know, the apache.roweboat.net mirror ran into a config error at 11:00pm CDT OCT 9, 2003. WHich renders the mirror offline till 11:30 pm while the configuration is fixed.Ill email when it comes back on Andy
