still don't have mirrors
in Taiwan, UK, Australia, Russia.
And SF provides mirrors from these countries.
Could using SF provide better downloading speed of LibO in these areas? Or
is it impossible to use SF?

The disk space occupied now should be ~14 GB, and as they are moving the
older versions to the /old directory which will not be synced, it should not
increase significantly.
The main installer contains multi languages while there are seperate help
files. They are not using much storage space
