I know what being bipolar is like and that would make it impossible to be president. I would never consider it. We people are intelligent, funny, quick, and depressed sometimes and manic other times. My manic episodes cause me to have problems functioning because my mind speeds faster than my body can go. There is good medication which helps enormously, but there are too many depressing area with which one has to deal to do that job. I do not know if this is true, but if it is, he has a job that he most likely cannot handle. I would like to know more about this if it is true or gossip. If it is gossip this would be despicable. Bipolar people do well most of the time on medication but I would never want that much responsibility. I did a good job of teaching because we are very dramatic and kids love that and I was only depressed a few times and for good reasons. All people have that problem. I am more manic that depressive so that works well with students. I can joke and see the funny side of most things and this keeps their attention. I was only diagnosed at the age of 42 when something happened in my family that depressed all of us. We can actually be high functioning in the right circumstances, but the huge responsibility of this job would not be a good thing because of so much criticism. I also would like to know why this has been put out if it weren't true and this is a conservative newsletter. I would hope no one would say this just to hurt him. I am definitely ashamed of anyone who said this. This is wrong. I do not care who said it whether it be a liberal or conservative and it would probably be a conservative wouldn't most people agree. Tom Martz seems to know a lot about such things as this so I am asking you, Tom, is this just dangerous gossip?
