who also feel like outsiders, perhaps even more than European men do :).
More people working on the project is always better, especially because

If Shoutcast was only stopper then I think It's solved and let's on this
release. More Shoutcast work can be attached to next release if it doesn't
get into 1.12 and yes we need more sane release schedule/system people
doesn't allow it's released when it's ready anymore. I would go with

Aside from Google Summer of Code there are other internship programs
that we could try to take advantage of. For instance, Outreachy:

It's a small program, but one that could be really useful.
Well more students is better than none, even if they have to be in the
US. Yeah I see that the current round ended. I think they might do it
twice a year, so there will be one in the spring.
