I have forgot...Original instalation of RH8 has openssl in /usr/include/openssl and there are all the headers. Since this is a version 0.9.6.b I have decided to upgrade. I have made prefix=/usr/include and openssldir=/usr/include/openssl. So after the instalation it put the binary dir to
