with the following comment regarding licensing:
You are not allowed to modify the script unless having the written
permission of abhishek jain
I am just wondering if having such code on CPAN is really what we want.

Quite interesting.
Personally, I would not touch said code, and I would argue that any code on CPAN
that is not under an OSI-approved license be removed.
People that stand on the shoulders of giants, yet don't allow others to stand
on theirs should not benefit from the glory of CPAN.
