Converts from .pgn to .xml (according to supplied pgn.dtd). Also converts from ugly .pgn to less ugly .pgn with a variety of options, opening identification (ECO, NIC, Opening), mini-mini-mini tag sed sort of and other things useful. More to come will include adding recursive annotation
