This looks like a worthwhile course, as do the other offerings related to R.
The Python courses look interesting, too. I have attained (or am approaching) "old dog" status, so I don't use Python, but my students all love the language and would do everything in Python, if left to their own devices. -ds On Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 9:01:27 AM UTC-5, Oliver Hooker wrote: > > "Advancing in Statistical Modelling for evolutionary biologists and > ecologists using R" > > Delivered by Dr. Luc Bussiere and Dr. Ane Timenes Laugen > > > *http://www.prstatistics.com/course/advancing-statistical-modelling-using-r-advr06/* > > <http://www.prstatistics.com/course/advancing-statistical-modelling-using-r-advr06/> > > This course will run from 24th - 28th April 2017 at SCENE field station, > Loch Lomond, Glasgow > > Course only and all inclusive packages are available. > > This course will provide an introduction to working with real-life data > typical of those encountered in the field of evolutionary biology and > ecology.
