Hi all,
Twenty-three folks got a long lingering look at a very cooperative GREAT GRAY
OWL along McDavitt at about 8:15 am. He/she was hunting from an old Tamarack
snag on the west side for nearly a half hour. This is a resident bird that
nests in the area...No sign of any Great Grays moving
Here is some refreshing news! I just heard and then I spotted a Pine
Grosbeak here in northern St Louis County.
There is a cold front heading our way tomorrow and the weather forecast
is predicting 1 - 3 inches of snow.

Red-bellied Woodpeckers aren't that rare in Duluth anymore, so I didn't
