Heard and then saw one of these birds at 7:20 this evening right where Dan
located them - 0.4 miles north of Hwy59 on the east side of the road.

I found a very cooperative Swainson's Hawk south of Danube around noon
today. It was along CR 17 at 280th St. It was perched on a pole top on CR
17 and appeared to be hunting the harvested wheat field in the southwest
quadrant of that intersection. Whenever it flushed it would only move one
pole
