first-of-the-year Upland Sandpiper at Plover Prairie this afternoon; it
crossed the road in front of me and I watched it bob up and down through

I have two male Red-headed Woodpeckers chasing each other all over the place! I
haven't seen a red-headed here for decades.

Loon Center and the Brainerd Lakes Area Audubon Society at the Crosslake
Recreation Area! The event is 5/14 from 8:00-11:00am. There are guided bird
