This morning I birded Lake County from Knife River to Castle Danger with Kim Eckert and saw a few good birds: Ross's Goose - immature at Burlington Bay (it's probably spending time foraging on the golf course, too) Surf Scoter - two flybys at the Knife River Marina and one at Burlington Bay

This morning I birdwatched from just before sunrise until about 9:00am at Wisconsin Point (lot 1). I observed an immature Bald Eagle trying to chase/pursue a distant jaeger, and at times this jaeger turned and seemed to pursue the Bald Eagle briefly. What a unique sight to see. Also, my good
