Today I was able to see both the Snowy Owls in Ramsey, MN (Anoka County). Took a couple of friends from church to show them. The first one we saw was again up on the high tower west of Armstrong Blvd. Then as we were leaving we saw a huge crowd outside their parked cars just north of Coburn's.
