CDex can do it. It also does ripping/encoding, but I found that adding the WAV
header only works correctly with CDex if you do it separate to the encoding. The

write yourself. The hardest part would probably be finding a copy of the
RIFF WAV spec (a Microsoft/IBM standard which is, of course, available at

work under win98 (crashes mp3enc). This setting is supposed to wrap the encoded
mp3 in a windows .wav file. Is there a program that can do this externally of an
