The First Ward DFL convention today endorsed incumbent Paul Ostrow
on the first ballot for a second term on the City Council. Fifty-nine
delegates attended. The vote was:
Gary Bowman: 3 votes (5%)
David Ramstad: 7 votes (12%)
Paul Ostrow: 46 votes (79%)
