Looks like from this morning's Strib that the Sears re-development is going
down, or perhaps it's just posturing. Hard to tell sometimes. If it
doesn't go forward, how about the new baseball ballpark on that site. What
a great addition to the neighborhood and the Greenway!

It would be a shame to see an old building with the stature of the Sears building go
down to the wrecking ball and dyamite stick, but more importantly I say that if it's
100% privately paid for, then by all means build a stadium in the core of the City!
