Brad This may sound silly or I have missed a posting ..But, is it possible that you have spaces in the empty fields??? This will appear to your sql as a field that is NOT empty. you may have to try and run a trim function on the field this will remove any empty

Using Access 2007, I have a large table with about 15k entries. I have a simple query to pull out a certain membership type based on a text field, but the query only displays up to about 700 entries when I know there should be almost 1200. My data is sound (I've spot-checked), it's just that
