[ms_access] duplicate records in table

G'day to all I am new to this group and have a problem I have been given a table with 80,000 records and have been advised that there are approx 5,000 duplicate records... there are 7 fields that contain data and duplicate records will contain same information for each record accross all

[ms_access] empty combo box

I create a combo box on a test form using a table but the combo box will not populate or display any data at all I then created a second combo box and populated it with data from a different table without problem I then create a third combo box using a original table [doing exactly same

Brad This may sound silly or I have missed a posting ..But, is it possible that you have spaces in the empty fields??? This will appear to your sql as a field that is NOT empty. you may have to try and run a trim function on the field this will remove any empty
