the shift in a spreadsheet program.
Nothing helped, I used libreoffice calc. Maybe import is broken.

Sorry there will be no fix because
I tried. No effect. It's bug. Many strings with shift or random.
msei18n works absolutely incorrect and cannot be used.

Ivanko B, msei18n absolutly not usable for localization. If Martin
cannot support current algorithm, then I'm thinking about changing
algorithm and to use PO files instead. I showed only one problem with
shift, but Martin don't read Russian and he don't see, that msei18n
works absolutly incorrect.
