just a quick poll:
Has anyone seen any issues with latest January 14 Win7 Updates KB2862330
KB2913602 causing OSD issues due to double reboot?
Got a customer where one of those updates seem to cause problems and I
quickly wanted to check if others are seeing this or if I really need to

My guess is it's either reading WMI or the registry. You might take some
registry snapshots before and after plugging in the external USB unit to try
and capture that. Then you could export it, run an import before the
application install and then run a removal after. Same thing goes for WMI.
Whats the recommended way to start over and reinstall a DP? For whatever
reason, one of my DPs did not have a SMS_DP$ share. I tried deleting it as a
site from the console, waited about 20-30 minutes, then tried installing it
again and it shows up in the console but hasn't done anything on the

What version of WinPE are you using?
Did you inject the correct os version driver?
What OS are you deploying?
The more detail you can provide, the better we can help.

If you don't send a package to that DP nothing needs to happen and you won't
see anything happening on the DP. Send a small package to the DP and see whet
that does.
Also if you look at the Distmgr.log on the site to which the DP is a member you

Hi,
We have contractors doing that work now, but they keep hitting that 4gb limit.
I noticed that there are 2 entries in the repository under drivers. We
don't' use the feature and I believe it's since been unchecked in the settings

Are you talking about the MBAM/SCCM integration? Or just the MBAM client? We're
in the process of testing the MBAM client deployment in our IT dept. So far, no
issues. We just pushed out the .msi and then imported some registry keys
associated with it.

I tested this as a package in a stand alone TS using cmd line wusa

I've version 1 and version 2. Blogged some about deploying version 2. Main
thing about version 2 with ConfigMgr integration is that it doesn't keep
