Thanks. I couldn’t even find it in the IIS logs for 2007 when it was failing, but perhaps I missed it. I’ve no idea how to even look at WHY it’s working vs not working. I doubt it’s going to be in a log if it’s NOT being blocked properly. At this point, I may just need to pretend I didn’t

Wow. Seriously? I just checked my settings and all the filters are still on, on the dp and the pakage I sent had a folder called BIN. I’m going directly to config file in system32 and looking via the IIS Manager. Perhaps I’m not looking in the right place? In my 2007 environment this would
