nice dashboard and the ability to build collections off of that data.

We are currently starting to pilot the 1709 update to our users and have
started to notice a few issues, I am curious if anyone else is seeing the same
problems we are.
We are using 1709 Enterprise and SCCM 1706 task sequence to deploy, we have
Office 2016 .msi version installed.

I have run into this with workstations before, I run the following POSH script
and it seems to clear it up - give it a try on one box and see what happens.

So can I assume from the lack of replies that nobody knows if the fixes for
Outlook search and IE11 frame printing issues will be fixed in next month’s

fixes?

We are definitely not deploying the preview, we are dealing with workarounds
(new tab, chrome) or for the search it appears our users can use advanced find
or OWA to get by.
My biggest question that I have not had answered yet is if the fixes will be
rolled into the security only update next

IMHO Express files in SCCM are not ready for primetime at this point, I
wouldn't bother. It literally takes 4 hours to download the W10 cumulative with
Express updates enabled. My patch package grew from 13GB to nearly 44GB in size.
With that said I assume you are on the latest 1703 client ?
So I don't use it for patching but I do use it in my OS upgrade task sequences.
The 3rd party disk encryption has been our biggest headache with the OS
upgrades...luckily McAfee has provided some tools so that we can inject drivers
and disable pre boot authentication until the task sequence is

In my organization depending upon the company we have a few different asset

I do the same thing (SCCM 2007) all laptops some desktops that cannot be
rebooted (1000+) apply patches during the day silently suppressing any reboots.
Usually natural shutdown / restart attrition allows them to become compliant.
Some users need a reminder but that is just my environment.
