Hello All,

I will make this as short as possible and get to the point!

Our primary SUP was a 2008 box that pulled from Microsoft. Then on our DMZ we
had a 2012 and 2008 SUP. I have undone all three servers and also deleted the
SUSDB in SQL.

We are on build 1610 for SCCM. I have replaced the above servers with two 2016
server SUP's one internal and one on the DMZ. Everything looks fine except that
in the WSUS console I am not seeing any computers talking to the SUP's. I have
several warnings from the WSUS event viewer. ID 13051 "No client computers have
ever contacted the server". I know you are not supposed to make any changes in
the WSUS console but I tried changing the one setting under options > Computers
> I changed this to "Use Group Policy or registry settings on computers"

Local group policy setting for "Specify intranet Microsoft update service
location" is set to "Not configured" and as far as I understand SCCM Client
settings should be enabling this and pointing it to the Internal/External SUP.
I have tried creating a new client setting policy and redeploying to all
workstations but that has not changed how this setting is not configured. I
know this setting was configured before undoing the three previous SUP's and
deleting the SUSDB. If I look at the Endpoint Protection Definitions in SCCM
that are not expired it shows "Unknown" status for every single device.
Meanwhile the old SUG's that existed before redoing everything show that every
single device is compliant. I am guessing I should probably delete all of these
SUG's but doubt this is causing all of the problems.

Any ideas on where else I can look? I have been going through client side logs
trying to find something that sticks out and nothing yet has led me to this
needle in a hay stack!

Thanks
Chris
