Para isso, uso o plugin check_snmp_int.pl disponível em

Ocorre que ele vive retornando uma mensagenzinha

Pode ser checagem por SNMP?
Se for, tem o check_snmp_storage.pl naquela mesma página que passei no meu caso
anterior.
Eu uso aqui e funciona.

Yeah, it's the sticky acknowledgement that caused the problem. I'm
permanently disabling it. There needs to be a better way to control this
other than hacking the gui.
