Hi,
Did you find any workaround about this topic ?
Thanks.

After just applying some new windows updates, a few of my check_nt
commands are now failing.
# /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_nt -H XXX -p 12489 -s password -v
USEDDISKSPACE -l d -w 80 -c 90
I am out of the office until 07/15/2013.
If this is an urgent issue please contact the Linux Administration team at

I changed to the latest version of nsclient++ on the windows PC's and use
nrpe on my nagios server.
Define command{
Command_name CheckUpTime
Command_line Check_nrpe -H $HOSTNAME$ -p 5666 -c
CheckUpTime - ShowAll=long
}
Looks like we're having a problem with Nagios resetting the timezone when
issuing the RESTART_PROGRAM external command.
We have an event handler set up to dynamically create some Nagios config files
from our database, at the end of which we send the RESTART_PROGRAM command via
the comand file.
I don't know how kosher this is, but I worked around that issue by disabling
active checks and disabling notifications, then entering a passive check that
showed the host as up. That way I wouldn't see reports about the downed system
until I re-enabled active checks.

Centos 6.4 host). From the Nagios Admin web page (xx.xx.xx.xx/nagios),
select Hosts, select the host that was removed. On the right side of the
page is a list of Host Commands where you can 'Disable active checks of
Hello All,
Think I am missing something obvious here. Running core 3.2 and an trying to
add a user to the web console. I only want this user to have rights to the
hosts that he is a contact for.
I have a host group called broadband which has no services associated with it .
I am only using
Just posting that I figured out my issue. I had the broadband contact group
still listed as a contact in the linux-server template from when I orig set
this up. I am using a separate host template entry for the broadband check.
Once I removed the broadband contact from the linux-server host
