and will report back if one or more are down. results line says 1 is ok, 2 is
ok, 3 is down,,, etc.

Iam trying to use a global handler so that it invokes a failover by
distinguishing first if the host is CRITICAL, if its then it should
failover all services under that host and ignore the number of services
of that particular host in trouble and NOT try to failover specific
services.

I made something the other day that might help you.
check_nagios_services is a plugin that checks the current of other nagios
services (via mk-livestatus) and you can set threshold, for example if one of
many http checks are critical, return critical as well.
Maybe you can use that as a basis
