Try to use sms notification through Nagios, I've installed sms_client, but
ain't got a clue on how to set it. What do I have to do to get notifications
via sms?

I've already setted the audio alert, but I got a doubt. May I set it only

The simple answer to your question is 'no'.
You could maybe have a look at a firefox addon called NagiosChecker
http://code.google.com/p/nagioschecker/ instead.

Try to use event handler to call the acutal *.wav file.
