Realmente, eu também tentei implantar o snmptt. Acabei deixando de lado, pois
achei muita configuração adicional prá pouco custo/benefício.
Veja bem, esta é minha humilde opinião, hein!
Digo isso pois verifiquei que o snmptt é utilizado em larga escala pela
comunidade Bagios.

definição do comando junto ao nrpe.
id= não é um parâmetro válido.
Vc tem Tivoli e ainda assim usa nagios? Tivoli não te dá tudo o que vc
precisa?
