If I have a service that is down I would like 3 email sent out and then after

I'm trying to find a way of letting our users acknowledge their own servers
faults without the
need to log in to Nagios, I have seen that there are remote commands you can
issue which allow
this to happen, but this is where I need a little instruction on how to use
them.
Is there a site around that lists out all of Nagios's Host/Service problem
types, I need to quick
glance sheet for our monitoring people.
