Since you only need bank statements now for taxes - you no longer need receipts, I always always use my business debit card, its my receipt. At the end of the year I go through bank statements, highlight all the business purchases and can easily add up everything spent. I rarely use checks

Most upcharge $5-20 from a manicure for a gel manicure. I charge $50 for gel manicure but it includes removal. If it soaks off easy and they can do it at home, maybe take off a few $. You should base what you charge on time and product cost. As for fills, solid colors should always be removed

I understand what you are saying Rhonda. But the whole damn system is convoluted. Unfortunately, the government is forced to devise more convolution in an attempt to collect the taxes due from those who can easily get away with avoiding payment. I guess it's just life here in the U.S.  :)

Jess, You must have a good bank because I just checked the fine print of both the bank and credit union that I use here in PA and both state in their Terms and Agreements that DEBIT card funds aka checking account funds will be released once the investigation is complete, usually within 90 days.

99% alcohol is used to wipe the sticky layer when using gels and can also be used for cleansing the natural nail. When using it to cleanse the sticky layer of the shellac or gelish, it can help with the high shine of the top coat. Using a lower percentage of alcohol can make it appear dull.
