Bulbs being weak (not curing enough). curing too long (2 minutes is
enough), and wiping your dispersion layer with acetone instead of Gel
cleanser are all ways your nails can end up dull. once you wipe your
tacky, put a bit of cuticle oil on the nails and wipe them using your
terry cloth 'lap'
Check your bulbsalso if you over cure BG you won't have a shine.
