I had two no shows this week. Tuesday night lady said, "oh gee I was thinking about you all weekend and how I should probably call you."
Huh.... really? Tuesday night I had a lady sitting w/ a stylist asking for a full set & a pedicure before she left on vacation in the morning!! But oh no.... I can't I've got a 5 o'clock regular coming in. Then Thursday nights girl has missed two weeks in a row. 1.She knows better her. I worked with her sister who is a stylist. 2. I saw her last week and she said she'd see me on Thurs. night. She blew me off. Then I sent a reminder for this week and she blew me off again.I guess I should have sent a calendar, a map and a clock seeing she can't seem to find her way to her appt. Sad thing is she's a good money client. argh! My Thursday appt. spot is a prime spot. It won't be hard to replace her. But I'm still po'ed. argh.....
