I have several of the Smart Optics DCP-M40’s in place. If you are using
coherent 100G DWDM optics, you can push the M40-ZR’s to 100-120km. The exact
reach depends, of course, on the quality of the fiber plant in use.

I think you’re probably overthinking this a bit.
Why do you need to extend your vxlan/evpn to the customer premise? There are a
number of 1G/10G even 100G CPE demarc devices out there that push/pop tags,
even q-in-q, or 802.1ad. Assuming you have some type of aggregation node you
bring these
Basically, anything that uses Broadcom or other commodity silicon is
currently 55+ weeks out according to most of the vendors I work with.
Custom Silicon is a bit better or so I'm told, but I've not had to order
much gear with custom silicon lately, so I've not got a clear read on lead
times
Open Line Systems can get you to 80K with a 100G DWDM Optic (PAM4) -
I've used a lot of SmartOptics DCP-M40 shelves for this purpose. They also
have transponders that allow you to go from a QSFP28 to CFP to do coherent
100G out to 120Km using the DCP-M40, without a need for regen or extra amps

Is anyone on the list with Georgia Department of Labor? I've got customers
having problems logging into their website and need a good contact there to
troubleshoot. Routing appears ok as we can get to hosts on that subnet, so
I suspect the issue is above layer 3.

Joe
I need a Yahoo contact if anyone is available.
I'm having issues with customers on 186.65.92.0/22 (ASN52379) out of Costa Rica
being able to reach Yahoo sites (www.yahoo.com/www.flickr.com) with their web
browsers, but they can ping them just fine.
Thanks-
joe
I'll have to check tonight when I get my next window to play with it.

I'm looking for any providers in Costa Rica that can service a location in San
Pedro, San Jose, that can provide me 40Mbps service via Ethernet hand off, that
does NOT use RACSA facilities.
Please contact me off list.
If there's an ATT contact on the list, or if anyone knows how to get a
prefix filter updated, I'd appreciate a response.
I put in a request for the update yesterday, and even called in to make sure
they'd do it, but it's apparently not done yet, and I've had a customer down
for hours waiting on
