A friend of mine has noticed a set of Northumbrian small pipes for sale on e-bay and has asked me what I think of them. I have never heard of the maker, Ian Ketchin, but he has a very impressive web page. Is there a reason why he is not listed as a maker on any of the usual web sites? Any information would be appreciated.
