1. The TOC is added to the bookmarks, which is fine, but with a lower-case c,
ie. content
2. From http://wiki.contextgarden.net/PDF_Bookmarks_and_Headers I figured out
how to get rid of the \crlf
, and the interaction is causing trouble.
As a (stupid?) side question: why is text, that aligns on the left
edge of an odd-numbered page called right aligned?
This is a FAQ, see this page for why:

Best wishes,
Taco
Both are attempting to do something special with the
paragraph
shape, and the interaction is causing trouble.
Taco, thanks. Does that mean I have either live with it or forget about left
alignment?

numbers:
\setupbookmarks[number=no]% for any following
\placebookmarks...[number=no] % for given entries
you can give multiple \placebookmarks commands as they accumulate
= sectioning
\placelist[chapter][criterium=text,interaction=all]
with
\setuphead[chapter][interaction=list]
you also
to to?
If you want to comment some larger parts out, you might use
\startmode[comment] % name is random
...
\stopmode
Or \starthiding \stophiding
ot \startcomment .. \stopcomment (which if all is ok will put them in
the document as comments when interaction is enabled)

, but I just can't find the right
combination.
it's an interaction between parameters (different meaning in notes as
description) .. side effect of par notes .. need a bit of thinking but
solvable
– title – dots – pagenumber
interaction=all]
A problem comes up when I want the main body parts to be labeled, as well as
chapters, as in:
\setuphead [part]
[sectionresetset=default,conversion=Romannumerals,placehead=yes]
\setuplabeltext [chapter=Chapter ] % with trailing space
in included pdfs
\externalfigure[file.pdf][page=1,interaction=yes]
* Hyphenation support is now processed with the help of lang-xx.lua
files
* texmfcnf.lua (see the example contextcnf.lua) now completely
replaces texmf.cnf (and has an internal structure)
* mtxrun has taken over the role
* Experimental support for keeping links in included pdfs
\externalfigure[file.pdf][page=1,interaction=yes]
Is this done with the new luatex epdf library?
