I just installed the latest beta (2011.12.15) on my workstation. I'm not able
to create my document, because there are problems with the placement of my toc.
The same tex is running fine on my laptop with (2011.11.29). It hangs while
placing the front matter. The following error is

I've just discovered another problem. So far I switched the font in for my
headers with the following command
\setupheader [style={\ss\switchtobodyfont[10pt]}]
this does not work anymore. Is this on purpose or also a bug?
