Thank you very much Wolfgang. You were a big help, as usual. It never came to my mind, that the Textadept lexer file /context.lua/ in my working directory could interfere with /mtxmrun/, which is located elsewhere. I should also have tried to process files from another directory instead of

If you need example how to use the commands take a look into the mtx-context-XXX.tex files. Wolfgang Hans van der Meer schrieb am 08.09.18 um 18:38: Indeed, that was it.Your mail brings the memory back. But I am an old man, so …. :-) Thanks. On 8 Sep 2018, at 17:40, Wolfgang Schuster

mtxrun loads the wrong lua file, while it should load mtx-context.lua it actually uses context.lua. Since there is no context.lua in the distribution I guess context.lua is one of your files you put in the text directory, remove this file (or put it in a different folder) and ConTeXt should

Hello list, since one of the last beta updates (now I have 2018.09.01) I can't use ConTeXt on my Win 10 32bit tablet anymore. I can't make PDFs because I get an error message. In fact, with CTX in my system path of course, even when I type the following into my command prompt, I get the same

I seem to remember (from a galaxy far far away) that it was possible to pick up the parameters from the mtxrun call that sets ConTeXt typesetting in motion. For example doing mtxrun —mymode=something and then in the program retrieving that something. Will someone enlighten me? dr. Hans

I am not inclined to react so strongly. In general I am happy when the ISP provides its customers with default save settings. It is best for most people, I think. Perhaps the rsync port 873 should have been opened by default in the firewall, because I suspect more and more people will use it

Hi Hans, I think that this is a scandal, as it is nothing else but censorship by your ISP. I am a member of a cooperative hoster in Germany (Hostsharing) and Telekom, the biggest German ISP, blocked our mail servers for years in their routers they bundle with internet access services. We had to
