On some systems, when you run texexec --make --alone, the format files are
put automatically in the correct place. On others, they're not. For
example, if you are on:
c:\temp
And you run texexec --make --alone, then the format files might wind up in
c:\temp and you have to manually move

We'll I've tried all that I can think of. I've:
1. Downloaded and installed the latest version of Miktex 2.3.
With the fresh installation, which includes Context, I tried compiling:
